ILLINOIS — A $50,000 winning ticket was sold in Illinois for the Saturday, March 28, 2026 Powerball drawing, lottery officials announced.
The winning numbers were 11, 42, 43, 59, and 61, with the Powerball number 25. The Power Play multiplier was 4x. The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $168 million, with a cash value of approximately $75.4 million.
Although no ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, the Illinois ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball, resulting in a $50,000 prize. The total prize could be higher if the Power Play option was selected when the ticket was purchased.
Officials have not yet disclosed where in Illinois the winning ticket was sold.
The Powerball jackpot will roll over to the next drawing, continuing to grow as players nationwide seek the top prize.
