$5,000 reward offered for information in Cleveland homicide case

CLEVELAND — A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Lucian Sheppard, who was killed on September 27, 2024.

According to Cleveland Police, Sheppard was shot and killed while driving in the area of East 100th Street and St. Clair Avenue.

His body was later found inside a white 2016 Hyundai Tucson, which had been set on fire at East 138th Place and Aspinwall Avenue.

No arrests have been made in connection with the murder, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Those with tips are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 216-252-7463.

Tips can be submitted anonymously, and those providing information may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000.
