OHIO — A lucky lottery player in Youngstown recently won the $300,000 top prize on the Ohio Lottery’s Special Edition Cashword scratch-off game.
The winning ticket was purchased at BP #110, located at 890 Canfield Niles Road in Youngstown.
After federal and state tax withholdings, the winner will take home approximately $216,000.
Special Edition Cashword is a $5 scratch-off game with a top prize of $300,000. As of January 6, 2025, three top prizes remain unclaimed.
The Ohio Lottery, which has contributed over $33 billion to education since 1974, offers a variety of scratch-off games.
