PENNSYLVANIA — A Sheetz store in Robinson Township, Allegheny County, sold a $3 million-winning Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket.

The winning ticket, from the $30 “3s a Charm” game, was purchased at the Steubenville Pike location.

Sheetz will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The game offers top prizes of $3 million.

The Pennsylvania Lottery notes that scratch-off tickets are distributed randomly, and neither the Lottery nor its retailers know where winning tickets will be sold.
