VIRGINIA — A Powerball ticket worth $200,000 was sold in Virginia for the Wednesday, March 4, 2026 drawing.
According to lottery officials, the ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball number and also included the Power Play option, increasing the prize to $200,000 with the 4x multiplier. The winning numbers drawn were 7, 14, 42, 47 and 56, with the Powerball number 6.
The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $20 million, with a cash value of $9.4 million.
Lottery officials have not yet announced where in Virginia the winning ticket was sold or whether the prize has been claimed.
Powerball drawings are held three times a week and feature multiple prize tiers, ranging from small winnings to multi-million-dollar jackpots. Winners have a limited time to claim their prizes through the state lottery.
