
FLORIDA — Orlando police say officers removed illegal drugs and multiple firearms from the streets while making dozens of arrests during recent enforcement efforts.
According to a social media post from the Orlando Police Department, officers seized illegal drugs and 11 crime guns while working patrol operations across the city.
“In addition to the drug and gun seizures, officers made 182 arrests as part of these enforcement efforts,” the department stated.
Some of the recovered firearms were shown in images shared with the post.
Police said the activity was part of ongoing efforts by patrol officers, detectives and specialized units to reduce crime and improve public safety.
No additional details about specific cases or individuals arrested were immediately released.
