ALABAMA — An 18-year-old man is in custody after a series of vehicle thefts and police chases in Eufaula and Montgomery.

The Eufaula Police Department reported that on Oct. 31, Tywon Jackson stole a vehicle from a gas station on South Eufaula Avenue. Jackson drove the car to Montgomery, where he briefly led police on a chase before eluding officers.
