FLORIDA — A 16-year-old was shot Wednesday afternoon at the corner of Wendy Drive and North Lane, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies said the shooting occurred around 4 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the teenager and transported him to a hospital, where he is in stable condition.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation into the shooting is active and ongoing. Authorities have not released information regarding possible suspects or a motive.
