TEXAS — Two Powerball tickets sold in Texas won significant prizes in Saturday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.
The drawing was held on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, with winning numbers 2, 16, 35, 61, 63, and a Powerball of 5. The Power Play multiplier was 3x. One ticket sold in Texas is worth $150,000, while another Texas ticket won $50,000. Both tickets matched enough numbers to claim the prizes, but neither matched all six numbers needed to win the jackpot.
The estimated jackpot for Saturday’s drawing was $20 million, with a cash value of approximately $9.0 million. Since no ticket matched all winning numbers, the jackpot was not claimed.
The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, with the estimated jackpot increasing to $30 million and a cash value of $13.6 million.
Lottery officials remind winners to sign the back of their tickets and follow state lottery procedures to claim their prizes.
