FLORIDA — A Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Florida following the drawing held Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers for the drawing were 18, 21, 40, 53, 60, with Powerball number 23. The Power Play multiplier was 3x. The Florida ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball, a combination that normally pays $50,000, but the prize was increased to $150,000 because the Power Play option was used.
No ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, which was estimated at $74 million for the drawing. The cash value of the jackpot was approximately $33.6 million.
The Florida Lottery has not yet announced where the $150,000 winning ticket was sold. Players are advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact lottery officials for information on claiming prizes.
