OHIO — A Toledo man is celebrating after winning $150,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 100X scratch-off game.

The winner, Joaquin, purchased his lucky ticket at Island Variety, located at 722 Dearborn Ave. in Toledo.
