$150,000 lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has won $150,000 after purchasing a Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 100X scratch-off ticket in Akron.

The winning ticket was sold at Short Stop, located at 1690 Massillon Road.

The $20 scratch-off game offers multiple prize tiers, with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of April 29, three top prizes still remain in circulation.

Following mandatory state and federal tax withholdings, the winner will take home approximately $108,000.

The Ohio Lottery continues to offer a variety of scratch-off games with big cash prizes. Since its inception in 1974, the lottery has contributed over $33 billion to education throughout the state.
