CLEVELAND — A 13-year-old boy was found with a gunshot wound early Wednesday in Cleveland.
Police discovered the teen in the 2500 block of E. 66th Street shortly after midnight.
Authorities believe the shooting occurred at a different location.
The boy was transported to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in serious condition, according to EMS officials.
No additional details have been released at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
