$100,000 winning Powerball ticket sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky Ohio Lottery player is $100,000 richer after Saturday’s Powerball drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Country Store Foods, located at 10958 State Route 140 in South Webster.

The ticket holder matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball, earning a third-tier prize of $50,000. By also matching the Power Play number, their prize was doubled to $100,000.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 26, 32, 43, 54, and 56, with a Powerball of 24 and Power Play of 2.

The winner used the auto-pick option to select their numbers.

As of January 6, the prize remains unclaimed. The ticket holder has 180 days from the drawing date to claim their winnings.

The next Powerball jackpot, set for Wednesday, is an estimated $220 million.

The Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education since 1974. For more information, visit www.ohiolottery.com/supportingeducation.
