PENNSYLVANIA — A $100,000 Powerball-winning ticket was sold in Pennsylvania following the Monday night drawing held January 12, 2026, lottery officials announced.

The winning numbers drawn were 5, 27, 45, 56, and 59, with a Powerball of 4. The Power Play multiplier was 2x.

The Pennsylvania ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball and included the Power Play option, doubling the standard $50,000 prize to $100,000, according to Powerball officials.

No ticket matched all six numbers, allowing the jackpot to roll over. The estimated jackpot for the next drawing increased to $156 million, with a cash value of $70.5 million.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night. Players win prizes by matching select numbers, with the jackpot reserved for tickets that match all five white balls and the red Powerball.

Lottery officials advise winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and follow state lottery guidelines when claiming prizes.
