$100,000 lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky lottery player has won $100,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s new scratch-off game, Linked Wins.

The winning ticket was purchased at Speedway #9279, located at 111 Maysville Ave.

After mandatory state and federal taxes of 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $72,000.

Linked Wins is a $5 scratch-off game with a top prize of $100,000. As of December 16, 2024, three top prizes remain in the game.

The Ohio Lottery, which has contributed more than $32 billion to education since 1974, offers a wide variety of games.
