$100,000 lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky Tiffin resident is celebrating a $100,000 win after purchasing a Holiday Lucky Times 10 scratch-off ticket.

Gilbert bought the winning ticket at Pit Stop #1, located at 210 N. Washington St. in Tiffin.

After mandatory state and federal taxes, which total 28%, he will take home approximately $72,000.

Holiday Lucky Times 10 is a $5 scratch-off game with a top prize of $100,000. As of Dec. 5, two top prizes remain in the game.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed over $32 billion to support education.
