$100,000 lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky lottery player recently claimed a $100,000 prize after purchasing a Buckeye Cash scratch-off ticket from Sheetz #529 at 1280 W Maple Street in Hartville.

After mandatory state and federal taxes, totaling 28%, the winner will receive approximately $72,000.

Buckeye Cash is a $5 scratch-off game with a top prize of $100,000.

As of November 22, one top prize remains available in the game.

The Ohio Lottery, which has contributed over $32 billion to education since 1974, offers a variety of games.
