GEORGIA — The Powerball jackpot continues to grow after no one claimed Saturday night’s top prize, and one lucky ticket sold in Georgia is among the biggest winners from the latest drawing.

Saturday’s winning numbers were 13, 14, 26, 28, 44 and the red Powerball 7. The Power Play was 2X. With no jackpot winner, the prize now increases to an estimated $875 million, with a cash value of $403.6 million. The jackpot now ranks as the seventh-largest in Powerball history.

Although no one hit the jackpot, Georgia saw one of four tickets nationwide that matched all five white balls, making it worth $1 million. Similar winning tickets were sold in Florida and Texas, while a ticket in New Jersey won $2 million because it included the Power Play option.

This latest jackpot also follows several large lottery wins in Georgia, including a $980 million Mega Millions jackpot claimed in the state last month, which remains one of the largest lottery prizes ever won in the U.S.

In addition to the major prize winners, 28 other Powerball tickets matched four white balls and the red Powerball, each worth $50,000.

The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Monday at 10:59 p.m. ET. Powerball is played in 45 states, including Georgia, as well as Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Lottery experts recommend that jackpot winners remain as private as possible and seek professional help from a financial advisor, tax specialist, and attorney before claiming large prizes.
