ILLINOIS — Two lottery tickets sold in Illinois won major prizes in the Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Powerball drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers for the drawing were 3, 6, 55, 58, and 63, with the Powerball number 12. The Power Play multiplier was 2x. The jackpot for the drawing was an estimated $59 million, with a cash value of $27.2 million.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, two tickets sold in Illinois won significant prizes. One ticket matched five numbers but not the Powerball, earning a $1 million prize. Another Illinois ticket won $100,000 after matching four white balls and the Powerball with the Power Play multiplier applied.
Lottery officials have not yet released details on where the winning Illinois tickets were sold.
Powerball drawings are held three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, giving players multiple opportunities to win prizes ranging from smaller payouts to multi-million-dollar jackpots.
