FLORIDA — Two winning Powerball tickets were sold in Florida for the Saturday, March 7 drawing, including one worth $1 million and another worth $150,000.
The winning numbers for the March 7 Powerball drawing were 17, 18, 30, 50 and 68, with a Powerball of 24. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 3x. The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $37 million, with a cash value of $16.9 million.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, one ticket sold in Florida matched five numbers to win a $1 million prize. Another ticket sold in the state matched four numbers plus the Powerball and, with the Power Play applied, won $150,000.
Lottery officials have not yet released the locations where the winning tickets were purchased.
Powerball drawings are held three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights. The jackpot will continue to grow for the next drawing after no ticket matched all six numbers in Saturday’s drawing.
