The winning ticket was purchased at Sheetz #639, located at 1101 North Canfield Niles Road in Austintown.

The winner opted for the annuity payment, which provides $40,000 a year for 25 years before taxes.

After federal and state withholdings, the annual payout will be approximately $28,000.
