$1 million lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A Toledo man has claimed the $1 million top prize on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off game, $1,000,000 Cashword.

The winner, identified only as Robert, chose the cash option of $500,000. After state and federal taxes, he will receive $360,000.

Robert purchased his winning ticket at S&G #35, located at 4810 Suder Avenue in Toledo.

$1,000,000 Cashword is a $20 Scratch-Off game offering a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of August 19, two top prizes remain unclaimed.
