OHIO — A Euclid resident is celebrating a major lottery win after claiming a top prize on the Ohio Lottery’s $1,000,000 Cash is King scratch-off game.
The winner, who chose the cash option, will receive a lump-sum payout of $360,000 after mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent.
The ticket offered a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years.
The winning ticket was purchased at Winners Corner, located at 2036 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road in Reynoldsburg.
$1,000,000 Cash is King is a $20 scratch-off game. As of June 20, one top prize remains unclaimed.
