$1 million lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A lucky customer who stopped by Kroger Co. #909 in Hamilton walked away with a $1-million prize after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $20 Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 100x scratch-off game.

The winner opted for the game’s $500,000 cash option and will receive about $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings.

The winning ticket was sold at Kroger #909, located at 1474 Hamilton Richmond Road, which will receive a $10,000 sales bonus from the Ohio Lottery.

The Monopoly Bonus Spectacular 100x game offers overall odds of 1 in 3.48 of winning a prize.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed over $33 billion to support education across the state. More information is available at www.ohiolottery.com/supportingeducation.
